CSW65 Side Event: Generating empowerment, empowering generations – Rights and leadership through comprehensive sexuality education

How CSE promotes sexual and reproductive health and rights, equips girls and boys with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to protect their rights to bodily integrity, their well-being and dignity, as well as develop respectful social relationships.

CSE as pivotal in in addressing gender and social norms and promoting the rights of women and girls in their path for leadership.

Opportunities for further development of this field will be shared by governments, UN agencies, the EU Commission, civil society and youth organisations.
